Payment and Delivery
Who processes the payment for my order?
Orders are dispatched to the publishers of the MagBook you have ordered, who then process payment and are responsible for the delivery of your title. The Magazine Group does not process any payments. If you have any queries about your order you can contact customer services at magbooks@servicehelpline.co.uk or on 0844 815 5871.
Can I place an order by telephone?
Yes, you can call our sales team on 0844 844 0053. Lines are open 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday (except bank holidays). International callers should call 01795 412886.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro credit and debit card payments. We do not accept cheques, postal orders or invoices.
How secure are my payment details?
This site uses 128 bit SSL encryption to ensure purchases are safe and secure at all times.
Do you do student/bulk discounts?
We do not offer any student or bulk discounts.
Can I order a MagBook to be delivered outside the UK?
All of our titles are available for international delivery. To find the price for international postage, select the country where the MagBook is to be delivered and the price will appear for your chosen country. You can then continue to purchase as usual.
How much is postage and packaging?
All postage and packaging to UK addresses is free of charge. Prices for international postage are highlighted individually on the MagBook?s specific page. Please allow 28 days for international delivery.
Delivery Problems
Where is my MagBook?
It can take up to 21 days for delivery of your MagBook. The delivery date is determined by the order date and whether the title is being delivered to a UK or overseas address. If you have not received your order within this time please contact our customer services department at magbooks@servicehelpline.co.uk or on 0844 815 5871. Please allow up to 28 days for international deliveries.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order any time before payment has been taken. Once payment has been taken it is not possible to cancel your order.
Can I exchange my MagBook?
Your selected MagBook cannot be exchanged for any other title through this website.
What do I do if my MagBook is damaged?
If you have received your MagBook and it is damaged, please contact our customer services department at magbooks@servicehelpline.co.uk
